Celebrate World Sea Turtle Day with a beach cleanup in St. Augustine (meeting at UF's Whitney Lab)! Help protect our sea turtles, enjoy pizza, and unwind on the beach with friends afterward! The first 30 people to arrive will receive a Save the Sea T-shirt. Carpool information in event details!

Join SACNAS @ UF and the Whitney LabĀ to celebrate WorldĀ Sea Turtle Day byĀ protectingĀ our precious marine environment! WeāreĀ calling onĀ undergraduate and graduate students, and anyoneĀ who wantsĀ to make a splash and leave a lasting impact on the beautiful beaches ofĀ Florida.Ā Ā
WeāllĀ also be joined by colleagues from the Archie Carr Center for Sea Turtle Research and the UF Sea Turtle Hospital.
We will meet in front of the Center for Marine ScienceĀ building at the UF Whitney Lab Center for Marine Studies, 9505 N Ocean Shore Blvd, St. Augustine, FL 32080, USA (See map).
